Michael Shorey is the founder and architect of the business model for GLMI Inc, which includes risk management policies, procedures, risk-based pricing, sourcing, opinion-of-value determination, contracting, and problem resolution.  Mr. Shorey has grown GLM & Investments Coastal Portfolio in excess of $25M in loans with over $45M in assets under management.  Shorey has 10+ years experience in this space.

He has served as counsel to litigation committees in corporate derivative actions.  Dennis Doss is the General Manager and responsible for the Mortgage Lending, Securities, and Corporate sections of the Doss Law firm, located in Irvine, California.  Dennis is a frequent lecturer in the areas of consumer credit, mortgage backed securities and mortgage company licensing.  Dennis served on the Real Estate Finance advisory subcommittee of the California Department of Real Estate and is the co-author of its primary borrower disclosure form RE 883, Mortgage Loan Disclosure Statement.
